responsibilities

  • Oversee Marketo implementation including campaigns, programs, drip & nurture programs and customer communications
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing ops functions
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on building templates, training and playbook development for SDRs
  • Ensure accurate synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce.com databases
  • Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of Marketo and Salesforce.com data.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes, eliminate bottlenecks and evaluating new tools
  • Refine customer segmentation, work closely with sales leadership to help drive territory assignment
  • Quickly implement projects involving diverse & complex data relationships

analytics & reporting

  • Own the end-to-end process of working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
  • Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics
  • Leverage Marketo and Salesforce.com for lead campaign & program tracking and analysis
  • Create dashboards, reports to support sales & marketing operations, accurately communicate marketing effectiveness
  • Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review

experience

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in a Marketing/Sales Operations role or similar position – ideally in a B2B organization
  • Demonstrated success in a marking ops, sales ops, business ops or similar role
  • Ability to understand high-level sales and marketing strategies, translate them into system and process requirements and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organization and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced user of Marketo – must be Marketo Certified
  • System Administration & marketing experience using Salesforce.com
