about the client

This client company is a leading provider of customer service and CRM software solutions.


  • Create product and solution marketing collateral including: product overviews (PDFs and videos), product marketing demos, product marketing presentations, horizontal and vertical sales presentations, customer case studies, and other field and channel enablement material.
  • Perform competitive analysis
  • Share the company’s big-picture vision and then drive to make that vision a reality
  • Assist with the smooth evolution of compelling value propositions, positioning, messaging, and product features
  • Partner with senior leadership and functional departments, including product management, channel sales, direct sales, professional services and corporate marketing.


  • 4-8 years of related product or solutions marketing experience
  • 2+ years experience in product and solution marketing in CRM, customer service management, social media monitoring, contact center management, knowledge management or related space
  • Excellent written skills are key here, and an absolute must.
  • Strategic thinker, creative problem solver and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically


BA/BS. MBA desired.
