About the client: This VPofMarketing.com client company, a Series A startup, is a SaaS provider of data management solutions to BFSI companies.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CEO, set strategic and operational plans for the marketing function, including goals and objectives, resources, budget and prioritization of initiatives to maximize output
- Define and execute the strategy for demand generation to meet the lead and revenue targets
- Understand our customer personas and the reasons they buy, and use data and insights to build and execute end-to-end marketing programs
- Work with Sales to orchestrate a comprehensive marketing approach to reach our buyers
- Partner cross-functionally to drive and support initiatives that build market leadership, market awareness, pipeline and revenue
- Test and optimize campaigns by message, channel, region, and market segment
- Own full-funnel reporting and analytics per customer segment and sales team
- Grow and lead the product marketing team
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience enterprise with B2B SaaS companies
- 3+ years marketing to banking financial services insurance sector
- 3+ years of team management
- Strong with analytics and data-driven marketing
- Highly collaborative, inclusive, creative and flexible
- Experience defining KPIs, managing, reporting and showcasing data-driven results
