- Drive all marketing initiatives including demand generation and product marketing/content creation.
- Define and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies for increased qualified leads.
- Develop and execute a high cadence of outbound marketing programs to create and maximize pipeline with a focus on automation.
- Develop and execute a campaign-based approach to prospects and customers.
- Scale and lead a top-performing, agile marketing organization.
- Successful track record building and leading marketing teams at enterprise software (ideally SaaS) companies that target the mid-market sector.
- Extensive experience in building integrated, demand generation programs
- Proven experience in analyzing data sets to identify issues and create clear actions to improve funnel performance and KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of the various martech tools.
- Strong leadership skills.
BA/BS. MBA preferred.
