The Opportunity:

Incredible opportunity for a seasoned demand gen leader to build out the growth marketing function. This role will be responsible for developing, executing and measuring campaigns to drive new logo acquisition, expansion, retention and advocacy across our partners, alliances and end users. You’ll manage a team of campaign experts, own the budget and the ROI for growth programs and deliver opportunities to our sales teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing integrated campaigns across all stages of the customer journey including account-based marketing (ABM) programs and digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Define target audiences, buyer personas and segments, and develop personalized messaging and content tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, paid advertising, social media, content syndication, events and to and through our partners.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of demand generation professionals, providing guidance on campaign development, execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, content marketing and the sales/marketing/revOps operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous optimization of marketing automation systems, lead scoring models and lead nurturing programs to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation, marketing automation, and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop demand generation budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on SMB/Mid-Market/Managed Service Provider (MSP) demand generation, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated demand generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales automation systems, preferably HubSpot and Marketo.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation to drive results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with marketing to channel and alliances (Managed Service Providers, VARs, System Integrators, etc.)
  • Experience marketing to direct mid-size/enterprise IT buyers.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity space.
