This survey was conducted in October and sent to approximately 2,800 of my (1st) LinkedIn marketing professional connections. The total number of respondents was 369. This survey consisted only of the cash element part of total compensation; it did not include questions about equity or benefits. I might add an equity element next year if I can find a way to incorporate it in simple, clean way that would yield meaningful data.
